Destiney Lomax / Ilona Wave / SiSeme, residing her hometown Saint Louis, is a multi-media experimental artist. With works ranging from interactive installation experiences to home décor and applied art, her creations remain timeless. Destiney grew up exploring creative outlets such as reconstructing clothes, styling funky outfits and modeling; where she flourished into a well sought out model. As she explored her gifts, she was drawn into creating tangible, thought provoking, self-reflective art. While curating immersive experiences she unearthed what we need now, more than ever, is a reminder of the connection we have with one another. Through generating artworks that revolve around that connection we share, Destiney is able to relay the message far beyond words.

Utilizing storytelling, experimentation and inspiration from the human experience, Destiney designs art aimed to indulge the senses. Practicing with textures, organic shapes, and various painting techniques to optimize the creative flow; the final product is able to take on a life of its own. A key point in Destiney’s art is the baseline in which we want to be loved, seen, heard, and cared for. Her intention is always to create from the feeling in which the creation is meant to invoke. .
